VANUATU Citizenship Program DETAILS

Vanuatu, officially the Republic of Vanuatu, is an island country located in the South Pacific Ocean, east of northern Australia. An independent country since 1980, Vanuatu has since become a member of the United Nations, Commonwealth of Nations, Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, and the Pacific Islands Forum. The principal languages of education are English and French.
The Vanuatu citizenship is valid for life, and the Vanuatu passport is renewable every 10 years. Further, Vanuatu offers its citizens numerous tax advantages due to the country imposing no income tax, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax, no wealth tax, no gift tax, and no corporate tax.
The Vanuatu citizenship by investment program also allows family members to be included; a spouse, children below 26 years of age, and parents over 50 years of age may be added to the application of the main applicant.
The required investment, a non-refundable donation to the Vanuatu government, is $130,000 for a single applicant, and $150,000 for a married couple. Children under 18 years of age incur an additional $15,000 per child. For larger families, including additional children up to 25 years of age and parents, the additional investment amount is $10,000 per person. In addition, the Vanuatu government charges a $5,000 due diligence fee (main applicant only), and a $250 passport application fee (per person).
The processing time can be as fast as 30 days, and depends on how quickly the applicant can submit all supporting documentation.
Documents that are required to be submitted in copy or original are the applicant's current passport, verification of the applicant's current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement), the main applicant's curriculum vitae (CV), a notarized police clearance, a medical clearance, employment verification (if employed), business ownership documentation (if owning a business), and recent bank statements.
The application process starts with signing the service contract with a Vanuatu Government Certified Citizenship by Investment Agent. The Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit will then conduct a background check of all applicants over 18 years of age. Your case worker will then collect all required supporting documentation and assemble your case file. Once complete, your application is filed with the government. At this time 25% of the investment is due to the government. Upon receiving the approval of citizenship, the remaining 75% of the donation becomes due. The final step is the Citizenship Oath ceremony, which can be completed remotely through Zoom, Skype, and similar online mediums. Your citizenship certificate and passport will be delivered to you through a registered courier company, such as DHL.
Our associates are licensed by the Vanuatu Government to process applications under the Vanuatu Development Support Program / Citizenship by Investment law and can answer all of your immigration related questions.
